Marco root decoction is applied in phytotherapy mainly due to its analgesic activity, especially in migraines and other headaches. The decoction made from the whole plant shows the toning activity on the nervous system. It also shows anti-inflammatory and calming properties. It is applied in neuralgia, disorders of the nervous system, in cases of the psychological exhaustion states. In cases of flu and colds, it is indicated to make inhalations from marco.
Instructions of use: A decoction should be prepared by boiling 1 tablespoon of dried herbs in 1 litre of water for 10 minutes on slow fire. If not indicated otherwise, drink 250 ml of decoction 3 times a day (30 minutes before a meal). Do not exceed the prescribed dosage. The preparation cannot substitute a balanced and varied diet.
Ingredients: Dried marco (Ambrosia peruviana) 100 g.
Contraindications: Pregnancy, lactation period, hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
Store in a dark and dry place at a room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children.
